What is the Little Free Pantry?

LFP is a free standing structure that creates space for neighborliness and addresses social problems. The concept of LFP is simple: build a pantry, place it in your community, and fill it with items. Then spread the word!

 

The concept began in May 2016 and it is our desire to continue provide for the needs of others along with enabling the community to get involved, too! Items in the LFP include non-perishable food and drink but can also include sanitary products, diapers, light bulbs, and school supplies.

 

LFP is not insulated or refrigerated. Inventory will vary based on community donations.

 

Who is the Little Free Pantry for?

Everyone! The LFP is free and accessible to the community. This grassroots effort is an effort to reach everyone where they are.

When is the Little Free Pantry open/available?

LFP is not locked and is an outdoor, free-standing structure. Available 27/7.
